When you choose STONE WORKS as your landscape designer this is what you can expect:
Introduction
The Owner/Operator, Jason O'Connell, will come to your home or business to see the area you wish to have transformed. He will walk with you through your yard to discuss your ideas and your desires. He will offer suggestions and designs and converse with you about what your likes and dislikes are. Then Jason will take measurements of your space to help him determine how much product he will need.
Design & Estimate
After Jason has met with you, he will search out landscape supply companies in your area to obtain price quotes and delivery fees. Jason will search out the lowest prices available for your chosen materials.
Project Scope
Jason will then contact you to provide you with the estimate and design for your landscaping project. You can review the estimate and design and request changes if necessary.
There is no fee for the estimate.
Project Installation
Once you and Jason have agreed upon the design and estimate, you will discuss project dates. After this, Jason will make all the calls to set up the product deliveries according to your project time line.
Once the complete design is installed, STONE WORKS will make sure to clean up the project area.
Jason will make sure you are satisfied with the completed project and that you know how to maintain your landscape on your own before the contract is closed with the Customer Satisfaction Statement being signed by you.
Follow-Up
STONE WORKS asks that you write a testimonial regarding your project's outcome, the quality of service and your experience with Jason and send it to jason_stoneworkslandscaping.com.
We reserve the right to post your testimonial and any pictures related to your project in our portfolio or use them in any printed materials related to STONE WORKS Landscape Specialists, LLC.
